French Creek Village Membership

The French Creek neighborhood HOA is voluntary. The funds collected from membership fees go toward our community landscaping, pool and tennis court maintenance, community buildings, and more.

We host membership drives at the beginning of each year and pool season.  If you did not join during the pre-pool season and are interested in joining the FCV HOA as a Pool and Recreation facility user, contact a member of the FCV Board or one of the individuals below.

Class A – $60 (Neighborhood membership, does not include recreation facilities). A members are welcome at the Labor Day and Memorial Day picnic's for a small fee.

Class B, E or F – $275 (Full recreation facility membership. Includes free admission to the Labor Day and Memorial Day picnics.)  The following rates are applicable to residents and families residing in French Creek Village on Jan 1 of  the current calendar year.

• After April 1, $280
• After May 1, $285
• After June 1, $290
• After July 1, $295 .

New homeowners in the community since Jan 1  of the current calendar year will be assessed a pro-rated fee schedule based on the remaining period of time in the current calendar year. Contact the membership department or the Board of Directors for more information.

Class B – Recreational Membership for French Creek Residents
Class F – Recreational Membership for Oaks of French Creek Residents
Class E – Recreational Membership for Residents of Other Neighborhoods
