As of June 2002, we have learned that all of the existing lots in Franklin Estates have been sold. The developer of Franklin Estates (IDC) probably won't develop the remaining acres until the Route 22 expansion project is complete, which will be in 2 years - if all goes well. Many wooded acres are still part of FE, so we need to monitor to see how IDC plans to build in these areas.
