Dear Foxhaven homeowner:

On Monday, October 13,1999 the Foxhaven Neighborhood Association Annual Meeting was held and a new board was elected. Serving you for the coming year will be:
John Samilian President
Dave Seitz Vice President
Robert Birardi Treasurer

The newly elected Board of Directors thanks all those homeowners who supported the annual meeting either in person or by proxy. As promised the board will be committed to the continued improvement of the Foxhaven neighborhood.

Owners and residents are invited to attend quarterly update meetings to be held in January, April, July and October of 2000. Exact meeting dates will be communicated in advance. The agenda will be as follows:
January 2000 year end review, 1999 budget and plans
April 2000 1st quarter review
July 2000 2nd quarter review
October 2000 3rd quarter review, elect Directors for year 2001

The Board of Directors met on Monday November 8, 1999 and approved the new budget for the year 2000. The Board approved a monthly assessment increase of $1.33 per home. The $1.00 of that was necessary due to Hunters Creek Masters Association increasing their dues $1.00 per month per home. The other $0.33 per month was added to cover increased costs in miscellaneous items like fertilizer, plants, irrigation repair etc?…

The new quarterly assessment fee for Foxhaven therefore will be $130.00 per quarter.

As Foxhaven continues to mature we will need your help in the following committees:
Architectural review committee
Newsletter committee
Internet website committee
