Forest Pond HOA

When will the new lights be placed in front of the intersection of Mallard and Nevin Road in front of Forest Pond. I know we are awaiting permission from the city but is anyone pushing for the need for this fixture? Do we need to have an accident at the intersection before something is done about it.

There is no easement with on coming traffic to slow down despite the fact that cars are stationary now and then. This makes it difficult to make a turn in any direction.

Forest Pond has lots of projects going on but it would be nice to finish one project before taking on another.

I think that if you read the messages posted to the article titled ''Nevin/Mallard Creek Intersection'' you will understand why we don't have a traffic light at the intersection and why it may be a while before we get one.
