Cell Phones for Elderly and Victims of Domestic Violence

18 Jan 06 Lisa Timmer of the Tampa Police Department advised that cell phones for 911 only use are available to Forest Hills Elderly Persons in need and Victims of Domestic Violence. If you know someone that might qualify, please contact the Neighborhood Watch Coordinator.
