Here are some of the basics to
Yard Maint:

1. Mow the yard
2. Water the yard
3. Remove weeds
4. Edge and remove weeds from sidewalk and driveway cracks
5. Spray for weeds in rocks and mulched areas
6. Trim bushes
7. Fertalize

These are pretty basic and if taken care of will ensure your front yard is ''well maintained'' as described in the Covenants and Restrictions.

I have one more thing to add.  Don't forget to clear your yard of trash cans immediatly after it is collected.  Clear debris and toys from yard every night.  no one wants to look at your trash cans or kids toys.
