I used to live here a few years ago. Now dating a guy that lives here. This place has changed. Used to be kept up really nice. Now the complex looks a little run down with the neighborhood deteriorating. Alot of repairs needed. A few slum complex's down the street. HOA dues have gone up significantly as well.
