I so wish my teacher's salary had kept up with the HOA dues since we've lived here...ha.  I work an extra job since the state has frozen our salaries intermittently through the years. Getting the public's kids ready for college doesn't pay well in the long run.

Is there a discount or freeze in HOA dues for the retired folks who can't get these inflationary raises?  If not, I would like to add in a few bucks to help them out due to the increases.
