Does anyone know when we should start receiving royalty payments?

Check the website about the "updated gas lease information".  We won't start receiving any royalties until after they have started drilling, which looks like it won't be any time soon.

There are quite a few of us still waiting on our sign on bonus for payment into the street, and no-one seems to know when this will happen, nor have we recieved any answers on the construction of "The Great Wall"!

The home page has a link with updates.  It states the sign on bonus to the street and the wall construction has been delayed.  The leasing company is finishing more pressing agreements - ours is for 3 years so they have some time.
