Hi Officers,

I would like to know the status of NLHOA financial status.  Would like to know how many homes in the neighborhood have paid their dues (or if any are outstanding). 

I would also like to request that the current account balance and projected debts through year end be posted on the web site on a monthly basis.  A simple copy and paste from an Excel document would suffice.  No need for anything too fancy.

Please advise - just want to stay in tuned with how our dues are being managed/spent.

this very relevant question has sat on this website for 5 months without a reply from our elected officials - that is absolutely ridiculous - they wanted the job , they fought hard to get their positions - and they have done NOTHING positive for this community in their year of office - this is a DISGRACE - they have a RESPONSIBILTY to account to us - the homeowners of this community - how our money is being SPENT - and answer any other question we may pose - it really makes me QUESTION WHY they wanted the job in the first place - i caution all homeowners to choose our next HOA board of directors carefully
