This young man canvases the neighborhood asking area teens for drugs. He also speeds through neighboring communities and drives irradically. This young man lives at the corner of Killarney and Morning Glory where the Fairfield sign is (at the edge of the backyard), allegedly with his grandfather. If you encounter him and his erradic behavior, please call 9-1-1 and DSS. Enough is enough.
