Importance of a Neighborhood Association

One of the reasons Estate LaColina (ELC) formed as a Neighborhood Association was to participate in the Tempe Neighborhood Grant
Program. Over the past six years, our neighborhood has received over $50,000.00 to be used for improvements to our neighborhood. Listed below are the improvements that have been possible due to this great program.
?• Estrada Park converted to a handicap accessible park
?• Shade structure over the children?’s play area
?• Solar lights installed at all entrances
?• Several olive trees removed at Calle de Caballos Entry
?• Estate La Colina markers at all 4 entrances
?• Walls repaired and painted on Warner Rd and McClintock
