Don't forget - lots of kids!
As you probably know, the speed limit on a residential street is 25 miles per hour. But because of our beautiful, windy streets, it is very dangerous to even go that fast. Please watch out since there are many new children in the neighborhood - and they don't always watch where they're going.
Speed Traps
Don't be surprised to see speed traps in certain parts of the neighborhood. You will not be happy if you get a ticket. And you'll be even more unhappy if you hit somebody because you were speeding!
No Stop Signs
Watch out for dangerous corners where there is no stop sign for either street.
