There are two new residential projects that have been announced in our neighborhood. One of the porposed sites for 69 homes is on 6th Ave. betweeen Medina Rd. and Aragon Rd. The other is low-income housing including 21 homes off of Santa Clara and Los Reales next to the ''half way'' home next to the wash. Both of these projects could cause a big impact on our neighborhood and the neighborhood association really needs your feedback and your presence on July 9th at 7 p.m. at our monthly meeting at the Valencia Library.
