You must be a licensed driver to operate a motor vehicle (golf cart) on streets and highways in SC. Many homeowners as well as the Association have suffered losses as the result of vandalism this year. If you fall victim to any vandalism and/or see persons violating the golf cart statute, the Board of Directors strongly recommends that homeowners immediately contact law enforcement (911 or 803.533.5827) and then report it to the management company at 803.536.1056, ext. 17.
