35+ years in this area, active in Jungle Terrace Civic Assn for 22+ years.
Losing Publix in the Market Place would ''kill'' that shopping center so crucial to us all. Eckerd moved and we got a dollar store, cheap books and fireworks. Publix is THE anchor tenant.
Learned this week that SEMBLER would NOT permit Publix to expand into Eckerd space!! Cody's restaurant is willing to move when finds good space else where, the Publix can expand there.
Keeping PUBLIX is essential to Jungle Terrace neighborhood residents.!!!
