Residents:

I would like everyone to voice your opinion about Neighborhoods Plus and their service with us.  I would like to hear answers/concerns to the following:

Do you feel we are getting $6,900./year worth of service?

Do you feel they are responsible for residents' concerns ie. maintenance, covenants?

Do you feel the Board should shop for another management company or maybe drop a level of service with Neighborhoods Plus?

If you are a new resident after 1/6/07, did you receive a Welcome Packet from Neighborhoods Plus?

Have you ever called Neighborhoods Plus with a concern, how was it handled, was the task accomplished?

The service levels are listed in other threads because it was a bit too much for one discussion.  Feel free to post anywhere of the four threads.

Our dues are paying for them, so I feel all of you need to know about what they are about.
