I just wanted to post that there is what looks like to be a white german shephard / lab mix dog going up and down San Joaquin.  It was there this morning in the rain and here again tonight.   I tried to get close to see if it has a collar but it runs away.  I am pretty sure it is looking for its home.  Hope someone out there is looking for it!
