I have a few questions:

Is there a time frame on approval?
Does the community have to approve a change to the covenants?
Has there been discussion on the style(s) of the fencing?

Hello Rich,

Welcome to our website. Here are the answers to your questions.

1. We are looking to add the ammendment to the convenants for the fall. We have to have 60% of the community for the approval.

2. You can have any style of fence that you would like except for fencing that is restricted by the covenants, that will not change.

3. Most homeowners that I have spoken with would love to have the fencing rule changed to allow for backyard privacy.

Please`keep us posted if anything changes regarding the height of fences. I am very much interested in having a privacy fence installed around my backyard.
