The Spice Tract
The Spice Tract is located in Southwest Bakersfield to the east of Ashe Road between Ming and White Lane Roads. It is part of BPD Beat 7 which is bordered by Ming, Gosford, White Lane and Stine. It is a part of Bakersfield City Council Ward 6 which has been represented by Councilmember Jacquie Sullivan since 1995.
