The following rules are for the safety of residents and their guests. Please adhere to them at
all times.
All guests must be accompanied by a resident of 14 years or older.
NO lifeguard is on duty. All persons visit the pool at their own
risk.
No children allowed to swim under the age of 14 years without an
adult over the age of 18.
Swimsuits must be worn. No cut offs or street clothes.
No suntan oils.
No food in the pool area.
Alcohol is forbidden
No diving allowed.
No running, horseplay or rough housing in the pool area.
No bikes, scooters, skates, skateboards, etc. in pool area.
No unnecessary loud noise.
No urinating in the pool. (Babies must wear Little Swimmers)
Keep the pool gate closed.
No fowl language allowed.
No pets in pool area.
Sun Gardens Board of Directors reserves the right to refuse
anyone use of the pool.
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.
