Community Rule Reminder

We would like to remind you of a couple of rules that are being broken from time to time. Please do not work on vehicles in the parking lot or driveways of the complex. Oil spills deteriorate the asphalt at a rapid rate. Charges to repair the asphalt and clean up the oil will be billed to the building owners and passed on to tenants.
We would also like to remind you as a courtesy to your neighbor to be sure and place your trash IN THE DUMPSTER. Not only is it unattractive it is dangerous to have to climb over trash to get to the dumpster to throw your trash away when a neighbor has left theirtrash on the ground.
The gate to the canal is there for the safety of the young residents of our community. If you see someone vandalizing the gate please report it to the police immediately. We will prosecute those found guilty of vandalizing property here at Desert Heights.
