While out walking my dog last night I saw a mountain bike in some bushes on St Philip. It was very dark and there didn't seem to be anyone laying there hurt so I left it.
Went out with the dog again this morning and it was still there so I retrieved it. It has a broken chain and broken brake cable so probably was an accident.
