Our procedure to allow 10 business days for checks to clear after deposit (Jan 7 after check was received Jan 5) was recommended by our bank and communicated privately to you to resolve this matter. Communications involving unpaid dues or liens should always be with the homes association secretary via email or phone to insure proper documentation in the records kept for each property. |
