Rehearsals Start for Keys Chorale

Anyone who enjoys singing and can match pitches is welcome to join the Keys Chorale by registering for the Mixed Community Chorus at the Florida Keys Community College, then showing up at the first rehearsal in the choral room upstairs behind the Tennessee Williams Fine Art Center on Tuesday, August 28 at 6:45 p.m.
The Chorale was founded by Gardens resident Emily Boyd Lowe in 1989. Since then the group has grown from six singers to between 80 and 100. This fall, Emily is taking a sabbatical. In her absence, Dean Walters, who lives on Sugarloaf Key, will direct the fall concert.
