Hi Neighbor,
My name is Maureen and many of you in the community know me as "Moe". I hope in the months to come I will get the opportunity to meet many more of you in person. I am heading up a new landscape committee to address and assess some of the problem areas and conditions we are currently facing in our community. Our goal is to try to improve the areas that have been affected by the desert conversion, it's irrigation systems and our tree management program. We have three main goals and they are as follows.
Water conservation
Landscape preservation
Tree management program
In these tough economic times we must do all that can be done to insure we weather this storm with our property values intact. The condition of the grounds has a direct and significant impact on those values. By managing our resources well, we can have lower costs and experience a more pleasing as well as profitable appearance! Even investors profit because they can ask for higher rents in a nicer and safer community.
