On 3/19/13, a black male, about 14 yrs, 5' 3", was caught on  home surveillance cameras stealing a package left on the front porch by UPS.  This happened about 4 PM on Blanford Drive. He was wearing a hoodie with wide white and black horizontal stripes.  He was with a black female and a black male of about the same age.  If anyone has information about this individual, please contact the PG county Police Department, Case Number 13-079-0204, 301-749-4901, PFC Richardson.
