There is gang activity in the Hickory Hill Area.  Last week a suspicious green Jeep, seemed to be new because it looks different than earlier model Jeeps was loitering on my street.  My smart phone was hacked while he was there.  There have beem three other instances that I was being followed to work.  I turned down short streets and the vehicles turned down the same streets.  Since I know the city better than they do, I was able to lose him.  Last Thursday, a Hispanic male tried to run me off the road on I-240.  This guy seemed to be about 30 years old.  There has been debris left in my yard including two rusty nails planted directly behind my rear tires.  Thank goodness that I found them before I ran over them.  This happened the same Thursday when the Hispanic male tried to run me off the interstate.  He was driving an older model kelly green truck that sat low to the ground.  I didn't get a chance to get his tag number that time.  The police doesn't seem to be able to assist me because these people have not killed or maimed me yet.  Does anyone have suggestions as how to handle this type situation?
