COVENTRY
CLUBHOUSE USE
Our clubhouse is available to Coventry residents for a usage fee of $25.00. A security deposit of $150.00, however, is required at the time of the reservation. This will be returned if the clubhouse is completely cleaned and has no damage.
PROCEDURE
1. Call Access Gate to reserve date and time. Allow time for set up and clean up.
2. Leave usage fee check of $25.00 and the deposit check at gate for $150.00 made out to Coventry Homeowners Association. Your reservation is secured upon receipt of the checks.
3. The attached checklist will detail your cleaning responsibilities.
4. Pick up clubhouse key from Access Gate the day of your event.
5. Enjoy use of the clubhouse.
6. Clean clubhouse (see attached checklist).
7. Close windows – turn off lights AND lock doors.
8. Return key WITH signed cleaning checklist to Access Gate.
9. Pick up your deposit check from Access Gate one week later if no complaints have been registered regarding clean up or damage.

Replace toilet tissue if necessary
OUTSIDE PERIMETER
Tidy up
Shut off grills
AS YOU LEAVE
Close windows
Turn off lights
Lock doors (balcony & entry)
