Country Club Acres East

I know that it states very clearly and it has been brought up numerous times at meetings that people are not allowed to park overnight at the clubhouse parking lot. If this is true, which if it's not please correct me, then why are there at least 3 to 4 cars parking there every night? It is usually the same cars too. I'm not going to name names but we all know who is parking there and yet we do nothing about it.

Stickers

Yes, we are allowed to park at the clubhouse. That was one of the many reasons that we as a community decided on the stickers for cars. To identify the cars that belong there. Now, yes, there is a car or two that do not belong there but I do know that the board is working on getting a new tow company. I believe that is what the hold up on the part is. The community has to have signs posted of the tow company before towing. Hope this helped.

Apparantly we are no longer allowed to park overnight in the parking lot.  If you have an extra vehicle and live in our community this rule has been overturned. 

Please if there is anyone who wishes to discuss this issue further with our Board, attend the meeting on August 19th.
