Homeowner Association Dues (Assessments)

What you need to know!!!!

The Community Budget is set in place based on a 100% of collection/payment of the H.O.A Dues. If 100% is not collected then the budget is re-evaluated and adjustments are made accordingly.
H.O.A should be paid on the first of the month of each quarter. If you payment is not received by the 15th of the month, then you will be assessed a $15.00 late fee. The next charge comes at the end of the month which is called a demand fee and this will cost you $40.00.

You may now make payment via the USPS or by signing up for SUREPAY with Associated Asset Management. Please call 602-957-9191 for more information.
If no payment or no payment arrangements are made a late fee will be applied to your account and the account will be automatically turned over to the HOA Attorney.
