Update from the Board of Directors

Feb 21, 2007

The Board has been very busy with the improvements that are ongoing in our community.

Last year we completed Phase 1 of granite in the Northeast section of our community. We will be looking into doing Phase 2 which will be the northwest section. Replacing granite is quite expensive to do the entire community at one time. We have found that doing it in sections each year will allows us to save money, thus keeping our assessments at their current rate.

New playground equipment has been purchased. There will be swings for both toddlers and adolescents along with a challenger play set with sliding boards. We look forward to complete this project and would like to thank Board Member Bill Beale for all of his hard work on this tedious project.
A broken pump motor was replaced at the waterfalls on the west side of the entrance on 173rd Avenue. The waterfalls were down for quite a while but are now fully functional again. We do have problems with vandalism occurring to the pumps that run the waterfalls. Please contact Brad if you see the fountains are inoperable so they can be repaired.
