Graffiti Gone Wild

Feb 21, 2007

Over the past couple of months, our community has been riddled with graffiti. Our walls, street signs, and mailboxes have all been hit. If you see any suspicious behavior, please report it to the Goodyear Police Department at 623-932-1220 and our Property Manager, Brad Lundmark at 602-906-4932. Not only does this sort of vandalism look terrible, it does get expensive to paint over it and remove it. Residents are the eyes and ears of this community. Please help us with the ongoing effort of making Cottonflower the nicest place to call home. We are continuing to ask this community get together and start a Block Watch. Neighborhood Watch is a program where your neighborhood takes an active role in crime prevention and community development. If you are interested in starting a Neighborhood Watch in your area, call 623-932-1220.

The cost is $10 per kit. If you are interested in being a volunteer in your neighborhood, please contact Code Compliance at 623-882-7815 or TAG at 623-933-9391.
Rewards of up to $250 are being given for information on graffiti vandals. Call the graffiti hotline at 602-262-7327. All callers will remain anonymous.
