Corner Lake Estates HOA

When are we gonna start cracking down on peoples homes that arent painted ,lLawns that are 3 ft high and commercial vechs that block the St.If our Homeowners assc wants us to pay our Dues they should do there job. My neighbors house looks like its falling down grass 3 ft high and ive had about enough. The neighbor at the end of the St runs a auto mechanic shop out of his house and has 5 cars in the st every day. Enough is enough. When is the next meeting so we can get to the bottom of this..

Value of houses is suffering because the condition of the community. I am a Real Estate Agent and people give me good feedback of the house I am selling but they do not like the community and the way HOA is dealing with street parking, grass and painting of houses.
