Is BC Consulting no longer in business? Who is now handling property mgmt for MRC?

Is there still a neighborhood association? Who is the president?

MAINTENANCE CORPORATION/SERVICE CORPORATION: Created by deed restrictions.  Responsible for enforcement of deed restrictions, maintenance of open space and contracting for snow plowing.  Board of Directors, per the deed restrictions, are elected from residents of the community.  Responsibilities are outlined in the deed restrictions.  Not a home owners association (HOA), per se.  Typically does not handle burglary reporting, vandalism reporting, noise issues, traffic, speeding issues, etc.  Those types of issues are usually reported to New Castle County non-emergency phone number or local county council person.

Diane Hill was re-elected president in Jan 2012, I believe.

Jeff Zegna is the treasuer.  They both live in Middle Run I.
