Colonial Woods

Tried fining my neighbors lost yorkie (Buddy) for about 27 days now. He got loose from her, and she only had him for a week before it ran off.  Last time seen was one week ago in Fairways Coutry Club next to Colonial Woods.  If anyone has seen it within this past week, please contact me.  We are not giing up.  It would run away from everyone that tried to catch it.  Feel so bad for my friend.
