My husband was near the pool area today, around the creek that has been cleared, and he saw what looked like a scrawny fox. It was strange because the fox just stood and stared at him. Usually you see them on the run. I called Guilford County Animal Control and they said if anyone sees the animal again to call them immediately as that is not normal behavior. Since a rabid fox bit a man in his own back yard in High Point, I think we might be cautious if we see a fox or a coyote, as was spotted in Jamesford Meadows.
