One issue is we divide ourselves as we engage in our personal lives. As I use to sweep Saint Bernard Street, infrequently I would note others from the neiborhood depositing their trash on the street as I was sweeping. I decided to ask the local home owners if they would approve street refuse containers being placed in the area. |
