Castlegate Community

For those who have not noticed, we have a new landscaping company. They have been with us now for a few months. They are out here 5 days a week instead of 1 and they have done a significantly better job than the previous. If anyone notices discrepencies or problems with the landscape, PLEASE let us know, they get right on it and take care of the problems RIGHT away. If they don't know, they cant fix it.

Is it possible to get additional rock spread throughout the community. We are seriously lacking. There is a large amount of dirt that blows around because of the bare areas all over. Not too mention, it would look better.

Mike, the owner of Landmark did mention that we would need to replace gravel eventually. I will talk to him about starting that process.

In the common area east of Schnepf between Rousay and Castlegate there is a 5 galon bucket of used motor oil. In the same area at the corner of Cape Wrath and Whitehall the soil is washed away and getting worse. Don't know if the HOA or Providence is responsible for that?
