Carriage Lane Neighborhood

myself and some neighbors have noticed some signs of roof rats. two weeks ago i found one that had fallen into the pool, i have also noticed that my fruit that is left on the trees are still being eaten. this tells my that we have more than just the one that i found dead in the pool. let me know if anyone else is finding signs of roof rats.

I suspect now that they are visiting my yard on W Obispo Circle.  I have also heard one other neighbor claim that they have seen 'em.  What do we do now?
