Improvements and Alterations

As stated inthe CC&R's no improvement, alteration, repair, excavations, landscaping or other work which, in any way, alters the exterior apperance of your home, shall be done without the prior written approval of the architechural committee.

How to get approval

An architechural committee (AC) request must be in writing. Contact Les Kiefer at Osselaer Management for an "Architechural Variance Request Form." This may be done through e-mail, fax or by phone. Contact information is available through the home page.
