Gate instructions for expected visitors or deliveries

If your forget your transmitter or wish to allow access to a visitor. At the box located at the main gate, you type # and then your preassigned four digit code. Please remember that once you have given someone your access code they are able to enter any time in the future.

Gate instructions for unexpected guests and deliveries

At the main gate they will locate your last name on the menu and then type your lot number. This will call your phone number that you have provided to the management company. You will then press 9 to allow access through the gate. Some phone signals are weaker than others and may require you to press 9 twice. If you would not like to allow access then simply hang up.
