Common Infractions

3 Most Common

Section 6.11: Trash Containers and collection; In no event shall such containers be maintained so as visible from neighboring property except to make available for collection.(shortest reasonably time)

Section 6.22: Parking Vehicles; Vehicles shall be kept in garages, residential driveways or other designated parking area as defined by the board of directors.

Section 6.23: Basketball Goals; Portable goals should be stored out of sight when not in use.
