Affordable Home Development
We build 3 and 4 bedroom homes in downtown Phoenix. Most can be bought with the buyer(s) ability to afford about an $80,000 mortgage (approx. $600 to $700 per month). We also have three rehabs for sale. The rehabs have been completely renovated - electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lead abatement, asbestos abatement, etc.
Our homes are currently in the area bordered by 7th Street to 16th Street and McDowell Road to Monroe.
We expect to be contructing new homes at approximately 35th Ave North of McDowell by summer.
