Beware Of Investment Scams

The Arizona Corporation Commission is warning Arizonans to be on guard against con artists who may be trying to take advantage of fear and uncertainty involving recent terrorist attacks. The commission says some residents may be receiving calls from telemarketers who may be offering so-called "safe" terrorist-proof investments, such as precious metals. The Arizona Corporation Commission offers brochures and other assistance to any person who has questions about financial investments.
