Cactus Park West Neighborhood Association

I have looked over my homeowner paperwork and have not found any HOA documentation, so do you understand my confusion when I  get letters from them. I also find it shocking that they can site my yard when the other yards in the area are worse and have been that way for some time. I will not sink to the level of pointing out the particulars of my neighbors in to much details. However I think the efforts of our nieghborhood spys and want a be cops could be better used getting some of the drug dealers and illeages multi home inhabitors out of the neighborhood. do i speak out of turn ..no.. I sit night after night and watch drug deals go on all around me and I also sit night after night and watch so many spanish speaking people come and go from the nearby house, cars constantly changing and so many different people I have lost count as to the exact number of people that really live in the house.. I find it odd that you harrass the honest citizen may i also say TAXPAYING  homeowner. and just sit around with eyes closed to the real problems in this neighborhood. I am not a professional spy like you all are with to much time on my hands and who can find nothing better to do with your time  but to harrass TAXPAYING homeowners. But sending letters with statments like " please take care of this problem before it becomes a city violation" OMG .. I ask please refocus your energy in a direction that can really make a differance and take care of the DRUG issues that are all around us. Also look around and check into the illegals living across the street from you. I am a citizen and buisness owner that helps my comunity through many efforts. I love to support the schools through donations and comunity fund raisers, however that has also been compromised through two young men claiming to sell products for the football team and not delivering them.. the money we honestly gave to them to support their football team through a fundraiser has been stolen and products have not been delivered. These kinds of things are going on in the neighborhood I have been living in for 20 years and saddens me deeply. so I say Refocus refocus your efforts to doing something that will truly change things around here and stop harrassing the honest TAXPAYING citizens..Thank you... Just wondering ... Does anyone else feel this way??? and agree with me????
