I have been experiencing issues off and on now for several weeks.  I assumed it was just me.

I spent over an hour last night trying to into my company system to do support because I was on call.  I was about to pull my hair out.  I felt like it was 1992 and I was back on AOL dialup.

I'll have to call and complain, we shouldn't have to upgrade to get the speed were already paying for.

Since we had Insight out to the house for service, I have called them at least once daily. Each day they assure me the problem has been fixed. In fact they've scheduled another technician to come to our house again this coming Saturday (21st). I am not confident anything will be repaired. The 20.0 service is another $10 a month and is really only necessary if you are into gaming over the internet. Since my internet was working fine with 10.0 until just these past few weeks I really hate to spend an additional $10. Perhaps if we continue to call with complaints, they will realize it is an issue on their end. The customer service number is 357-4400 and I ask to speak to local technical supervisors when I call. It's very possible I will be switching to another provider if Insight cannot resolve this issue. I appreciate your input....I was worried that I was the only customer with the problem.

It's Sunday night, March 15 and I'm on the phone with a tech now. He's promising a tech supervisor. This is my fifth call to insight in about two weeks. I've had two techs to my house, both assured me it was fixed and even refused to look beyond my house - despite the fact I knew the second time it was happening across the neighborhood. He was pretty arrogant about it. Of course, a few hours later, there I sat, watching my Internet time out.

I'm also unsure if I want to pay them $10 a month more for failing. Anybody have any experience with Bellsouth.

I was promised a tech supervisor as well when I called today.  How many of us are there in WP with this problem?  It looks like 5--is that right?  I would bet that there are more.  Surely if we all are calling and letting them know something has to be done.

I attempted to switch to Bellsouth earlier this year but decided to stick with Insight at the last minute b/c it seemed easier. Although, at this point, I am pretty much done with it all.  Especially after, once again, being unable to go online from 8-11pm.  I am also having trouble with my phone. Is anyone else having this problem?

I agree with those of you who don't think that we should have to pay $10 more a month to have functional internet service.  Its bad enough that we are having to pay full price right now when we are not getting full service.
