Briarwood Neighborhood Watch

I have been attacked by dogs that are not on leashes and have gotten out of their yards. I can't walk my kids to school,  or camp, or just on a stroll through our neighborhood, in fear of dogs running wild. This last attack, I had to run and get in the back of a neighbors truck to avoid contact with this dog. If you suspect your dog is getting out, then leash them up. Just imagine if I had my kids with me, how would i have been able to protect them and myself from these vicious dogs. To their owners they are the best family dog ever, but to the public,  they are a nuisance. And I'm not talking about pit bull, and rottweilers, I mean the nicer looking ones.
