Please be extra careful when disposing of your cigarettes/ashes. We have had two small fires in the past two weeks from careless smokers. We are wood frame buildings and although we have fire/sprinkler systems, there is a fire danger - in addition to water damage.

Keep in mind that who person causes damage - such as fires - is financially responsible for damage - which may be in the thousands $ !

Another reason to have renters insurance!
