about a year ago, a new deed restriction enforcer came on the Board.  She is horrible, people have moved out because of her.  Much of our neighborhood is Hispanic.  She bullies those who speak very little English.   I am in the process of starting a petition to have her removed.  Has anyone else had this problem?

Well I have never faced such a problem but you are proceeding in the right direction. She must be removed from her post as the kind of act she is doing is very rude.
